Three Gates Farm is situated in the heart of the East Devonshire countryside, within easy reach of the North and South coasts, Exmoor, Dartmoor and the Somerset border. We are easily accessible, only 15 minutes drive from the M5 and Tiverton Parkway railway station. Three Gates is a mile from Huntsham village (Huntsham Court is a popular venue for weddings and parties) and three miles from the popular town of Bampton, which has a number of excellent pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as a good range of local shops, including a butchers, bakers, grocers, convenience stores and a great fish and chip shop! We are only six miles from the market town of Tiverton.

Directions:
On leaving the M5 Motorway at J27, take the A361 towards Tiverton. After approximately 6.5 miles take the Gornhay exit, signposted Tiverton and Bickleigh. Turn left at the top of the slip road and at the next roundabout (MacDonalds) turn right. Stay on this road for just under a mile. After passing a row of shops (including Tesco Express), turn right, signposted Chettiscombe and Chevithorne. Immediately after crossing over the dual carriageway, turn right, again signposted Chettiscombe and Chevithorne. Stay on this road for 3.5 miles until you reach a cross roads (Van Post Cross). Turn right here, signposted Huntsham. You will pass the weather 'Golf Ball' on your right hand side. After a mile go around a sweeping left hand bend and after 300 yards, you will see Three Gates Farm on the right hand side.
