Reservation Information
A booking is confirmed on receipt of a 20%, non-refundable, deposit with the balance payable eight weeks prior to the date of stay. If the booking is made less than eight weeks prior to the date of stay, then payment is required in full at the time of booking. We do not provide cancellation insurance and this should be arranged independently if required.

The usual change-over day for the Smithy, the Long Barn, the Granary, Pook's Corner and Duck's End is Saturday. If you would like to stay in Boston Cottage, Bampton, then the change-over is on a Friday. Your accommodation is available from 3p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30a.m. on the day of departure. We would appreciate a telephone call giving your estimated time of arrival. Thank you.
